Sunburst Property Maintenance is a maintenance company built by property managers for property managers.  

Our History

Sunburst  Property Maintenance was formed after we found it difficult to get honest and dependable vendors to take care of our own maintenance needs.   We decided to form our own company that would take care of our property maintenance needs the way a property manager would want it done for them: efficiently and effectively, with lower costs, and ALWAYS doing things right the first time.
